Description: 

Entry level general construction position. May be tasked to complete a wide arrange of duties.

Qualifications:

Must be able to pass a drug screen, have own transportation, and willing to work 40-60 hours per week.

CDL DRIVER

FULL-TIME

OPENINGS: 2

Description: 

CDL driver capable of driving a dump, water, tac, or lowboy truck.

Qualifications:

Driver must possess A or B CDL. Tanker and HAZ-MAT endorsements a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Driver must have an updated valid medical card and be able to pass a physical and drug screen.

Other:

A thorough background check is performed on all potential CDL applicants.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR FOR FACILITY AND CONSTRUCTION YARD

MONDAY - FRIDAY; 40-50 HOURS PER WEEK

OPENINGS: 1

Compensation: 

$16-19 per hour plus benefits

Desired Skills: 

Organized, self-starter, with working knowledge of construction equipment desired.  Versatile handyman preferred.  Must be capable of developing processes, managing schedules, and completing physical tasks.

 

Job Description: 

Responsible for the below listed duties:

 

  1. Supervise 1-2 employees tasked with maintaining GLC property at the above location.

  2. Manage and track the in/outflow of traffic, both internal and external onto GLC property.

  3. Manage fuel refill and distribution on site.

  4. Oversee and coordinate equipment wash-rack operations.

  5. Organize and maintain equipment, truck, and trailer staging areas.

  6. Organize and maintain construction material storage and staging areas.

  7. Develop, complete, and oversee routine yard and landscaping projects and maintenance.

  8. Aid in project management development and execution of routine facility maintenance and repair.

  9. Be able to discuss and update site projects with leadership.

  10. Collaborate with other supervisors to meet specified goals.
